Return & Exchange Policy.

Our return and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. We strictly do not provide a monetary refund due to the profits from sales being re-invested into our displays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped the buyer’s expense. A return will only be issued via store credit - This will be in the in the form of a gift card or a discount code. In the event that the product is faulty or is not as described, you will need to provide photographic evidence to Blackbankdrfc@gmail.com. Once processed, an exchange will be issued In this event, we will send out the replacement product with a returns label for the faulty product to be returned in. Failure to return the faulty product will result in your account being closed unless we state otherwise.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial store credit gift card / discount code is granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a gift card / a discount code will be sent to your email account or another item will be shipped per the exchange terms listed above.
To return your product, you should mail your product to The Black Bank Store, C/O Inpost locker, Lidl GB, Askern Road, Bentley, DN5 0EW
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will add the value of £3.99 for your shipping back to us to your gift card/discount code.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
