We are always looking for additional volunteers to help support Black Bank on matchdays and behind the scenes.

Whether you prefer to be hands-on in the stands or contribute off the pitch, there’s a role for you.

Matchday Volunteer Roles

South Stand
• Issuing and collecting flags
• Assisting supporters within the South Stand
• Supporting the delivery of displays and tifos
• Assisting with the Matchday Stall (as required)

Please note: South Stand roles may require missing the opening few minutes of a match.

Family Stand
• Assisting families and younger supporters with flags and displays
• Helping to create a welcoming and safe matchday environment
• Supporting Family Stand-specific activities and initiatives

Additional (Optional) Non-Matchday Roles

Volunteers may also choose to help with the following in addition to matchday duties:
• Monitoring and analysing the website, suggesting and introducing new products.
• Checking stock levels and placing orders
• Participating in a shipping rota (approximately one evening per month)
• Assisting with the design and approval of products, tifos and displays prior to public release
• Attending a volunteer catch-up meeting (approximately once per month)
• Liaising with suppliers, the club, and the general public
• AOB

We aim to split responsibilities so volunteers are not repeatedly carrying out the same tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

To volunteer, you must:
• Be 18+, or
• Be 16+ with parental consent, or
• Be undertaking a government-backed volunteer scheme (e.g. Duke of Edinburgh – parental consent required if under 18)
• Ideally be a South Stand Season Ticket holder (for South Stand roles)
• Not be subject to any current or historical football banning orders
